Not satisfied with a hemorrhaging trade deficit with China that continues to bleed American jobs at a rate of millions, a crumbling manufacturing base being replaced by the endless import of cheap slave goods from the Communist state, and a stunted economy being rapidly outpaced by the Red Dragon, the Obama administration wanted to further drill it in to Americans who the new boss is yesterday, by placing Chinese flags throughout Washington DC before Obama’s fawning meeting with unelected President Hu Jintao.

Everyone is painfully aware of the fact that China now owns the United States economically, with the Chinese central bank being the largest debt holder at approaching $1 trillion dollars. The average American family with two children collectively owes around $12,000 dollars to China. The Communist state’s ownership of long term U.S. Treasury Securities means the United States pays upwards of $100 million dollars a day to China in terms of interest alone.

China’s huge accumulation of US dollars gives it the sway to lead the United States by the nose like a sheep to slaughter, holding in its hands the power to decide the economic destiny of the now collapsing American empire. The culmination of this process moved a step closer this week when Hu Jintao made it clear that China was preparing to sharpen the knife for the bloodletting to begin, by deriding the dollar as a “product of the past” and signaling its replacement with a new global monetary system based around the Chinese yuan.

This transition is only becoming more obvious with the continuing fire sale of crucial infrastructure to the Red Dragon. Alex Jones’ first documentary film America: Destroyed By Design, made in 1997, warned Americans that the sell-out to the Chinese was the first step on the road to the sacking of the American economy and pulling the plug on key US infrastructure in the move towards global management of the planet.
The figures don’t lie – after a 20 year process of gradual sellout overseen by Clinton, Bush and now Obama – China owns America.

However, to have that notion aggressively reinforced by the plethora of Chinese flags that invaded DC this week goes beyond mere pomp and ceremony. This is meant to send a message to Americans that the United States is being hollowed out and swallowed up by the globalists, and that the center of the new world order empire will be transferred to Communist China in a bloodless coup.

And at the center of it all is a fawning, obedient, bowing Barack Obama, who ironically in the same week as Martin Luther King was remembered, played his role diligently as the house slave for his globalist masters, lavishing Jintao with a private dinner in a stunt that the Associated Press admits was designed to “soften the American public’s suspicions about China,” a nation that detains and tortures individuals for exercising their rights to freedom of association, freedom of religion and freedom of expression, while abducting, beating and performing forced abortions on women who refuse to submit to the country’s brutal one child policy.

The sickening worship and fealty displayed towards Jintao and China this week is all about training Americans to recognize who their new slavemasters are – the globalists who have exalted the Communist state as a model country for the new world order – a world in which antiquated ideas about freedom of the individual, prosperity, self-determination, family and happiness will be abolished.

Court Rules Government Can Keep Naked Body Scanner Images Secret

Admission that images can be stored, transmitted proves TSA lied

A federal judge has ruled that the Department of Homeland Security can keep images produced by x-ray body scanners out of the public domain, in a blow to privacy group The Electronic Privacy Information Center’ s (EPIC) efforts to release more than 2000 of the images that show intimate details of airport travelers’ bodies.

Judge Ricardo Urbina ruled that the DHS does not have to comply with the Freedom of Information Act request to disclose the naked images of those who were screened at airport checkpoints, nor does the government have to release any other related materials.

The judge granted the government’s motion to conclude the lawsuit, issuing a 15-page explanation noting that the images are used to train employees and any public disclosure of such material could reveal vulnerabilities in the technology, thus threatening the agency’s security.

Such disclosures could “provide terrorists and others with increased abilities to circumvent detection by TSA and carrying threatening contraband onboard…” Urbina wrote.

The images EPIC requested “are so closely related to TSA’s rule or practice that their disclosure could reveal the rule or practice itself,” the judge added.

Citing substantial public interest in the release of the images, EPIC Lawyers John Verdi and Marc Rotenberg noted that the government has already released some scanner images into the public domain, therefore there is no justification for keeping the rest under wraps.

“The body scanner program is presently the subject of substantial debate in Congress, between international delegations, and in the media,” the attorneys wrote in papers submitted last year.

Though the ruling is technically a defeat for EPIC, the justification that the images are used for training purposes proves that the machines can indeed store and transmit images, a fact that was vehemently denied by the government during the roll out of the technology into airports across the country.

EPIC has therefore essentially achieved it’s aim of exposing how the government misled the public and then actively lied to the media on several occasions to quell a backlash against the invasive technology.

As part of the litigation, EPIC also obtained several documents related to the body scanners, which have since been released to the public. They include details relating to Procurement Specifications, Operational Requirements, traveler complaints, and vendor contracts with L3 and Rapiscan.

Though they are heavily redacted, these documents also prove that the devices can store, record, and transmit images.

“The documents show that the TSA was not honest with the public about the body scanner program,” said EPIC Counsel Ginger McCall.

In granting the motion to conclude, the court relied on a legal theory, “Exemption High (b)(2)” that is currently under review by the Supreme Court in Milner v. Dept. of Navy.

EPIC has said that it may appeal the district court’s decision.

“These images are central to the dispute about the invasiveness of the airport body scanners. That is the reason they should be disclosed to the public,” said EPIC President Marc Rotenberg.

EPIC has another pending lawsuit with the federal appeals court in Washington to completely suspend the body scanner program, describing it as invasive, unlawful and ineffective.

The group has brought claims under the Administrative Procedure Act (which requires a public review of such plans before the government can implement them), the Privacy Act, the Video Voyeurism Prevention Act, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and the Fourth Amendment.

“The TSA has acted outside of its regulatory authority and with profound disregard for the statutory and constitutional rights of air travelers,” EPIC’s lawyers stated. “The agency’s rule should be set aside and further deployment of the body scanners should be suspended.”

In an answer brief, the government has claimed that the scanners are fully compliant with Constitutional requirements and that all other claims that the body imaging program is unlawful are “meritless”, “baseless” and “unfounded”.

Oral testimony in the case begins on March 10.

EPIC’s efforts have already helped spur a national grassroots movement of citizens, advocates, and lawmakers to protest, create petitions and letters and even introduce legislation to outlaw the body scanners.

Last week the group hosted a one-day public conference entitled “The Stripping of Freedom”. The forum, “devoted to an assessment of the TSA airport security procedures and recommendations for reform,” featured many notable speakers, drew a broad crowd and was covered by C-Span.

American Indian activist Russell Means explains how history has come full circle

The United States is one big reservation, and we are all in it. So says Russell Means, legendary actor, political activist and leader for the American Indian Movement. Means led the 1972 seizure of the Bureau of Indian Affairs headquarters in Washington, D.C., and in 1973 led a standoff at Wounded Knee, South Dakota, on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, a response to the massacre of at least 150 Lakotah men, women, and children by the U.S. Seventh Cavalry at a camp near Wounded Knee Creek.

American Indian Russell Means gives an eye-opening 90 minute interview in which he explains how Native Americans and Americans in general are all imprisoned within one huge reservation. Means is a leader for the Republic of Lakotah, a movement that has declared its independence from the United States and refused to recognize the authority of presidents or governments, withdrawing from treaties it made with the federal government and defining its borders which cover thousands of square miles in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, and Montana.

Means explains how American Indians have been enslaved within de facto prisoner of war camps as a result of the federal government’s restriction of their food supply and the application of colonial tactics, a process that has now also been inflicted on the United States as a whole which has turned into, “one huge Indian reservation,” according to Means.



Means warns that Americans have lost the ability of critical though, and with each successive generation become more irresponsible and as a consequence less free, disregarding a near-perfect document, the Constitution, which was derived from Indian law. Means chronicles the loss of freedom from the 1840′s onwards, which marked the birth of the corporation, to Lincoln’s declaration of martial law, to the latter part of the 19th century and into the 20th when Congress “started giving banks the right to rule,” and private banking interests began printing the money.

“The history of the American and the history of the Indian have now come full circle and are intertwined in the dictatorial policies of those that control the monetary system of America,” remarks Means, pointing out that the elite are now so out of control that they are destroying themselves as well as the country.

“You’ve exported everything that makes a country run, for your greed, for Wal-Marts, for this idiocy of just buy, buy, buy and debt, debt, debt,” states Means, slamming apathetic Americans for allowing the Republic to be commandeered by two political parties who are almost identical. Means says Americans have lost their culture and dispensed with their values as a result, with families being broken up as a result of the de-industrialization of the country, allowing the nation to be subject to mob rule.

Means explains how the patriarchal pyramid structure of power is designed to prevent itself from ever being changed, which is why he urges Americans to “go local,” uniting families and communities and preventing people from being divided and conquered by building co-operative structures from the grass roots level on a model similar to that used by the Quakers. “It doesn’t mean uniformity, it doesn’t mean socialism,” explains Means, pointing out that such a system is built around common goals and unanimous outcomes.

Does a liberal democracy have sufficient resolve to stomach the economic and political sacrifices required to stabilize global warming?

A growing number of climate scientists believe the answer is “no.”  In their view, democratic institutions are perpetuating climate change by precluding implementation of the politically unpalatable actions needed to reduce the accumulation of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.

For example, in The Climate Change Challenge and the Failure of Democracy, David Shearman, a professor of environmental sciences at the University of Adelaide in Australia argues that democracies are no match for the complex challenges posed by climate change. A liberal democracy are inherently incompatible with the governance measured needed to establish a sustainable society.

After arguing that democracy is impotent and destined to fail humanity, Shearman goes off the deep-end, concluding that an authoritarian form of government is necessary to combat climate change. The back-of-the-book blurb, which I would strongly urge readers NOT to buy, describes the author’s argument like so:

Climate change threatens the future of civilization, but humanity is impotent in effecting solutions . . . Society is verging on a philosophical choice between liberty or life . . . Having brought the reader to the realization that in order to halt or even slow the disastrous process of climate change we must choose between liberal democracy and a form of authoritarian government by experts, the authors offer up a radical reform of democracy that would entail the painful choice of curtailing our worldwide reliance on growth economies, along with various legal and fiscal reforms.

CDC adjusts fluoride poisoning of America’s water supply to a lower level

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) today issued a startling report that admits 2 in 5 children in America show signs of fluoride poisoning(streaking, spotting or pitting of teeth due to dental fluorosis). The agency concluded that fluoride levels need to be loweredin municipal water supplies, reducing fluoride to 0.7 milligrams per liter (the previous recommended upper limit was 1.2 milligrams per liter).

This ends over five decades of the U.S. government recommending up to 1.2 milligrams of mercury in every liter of water. But even the new lower levels are still more than enough to cause serious harm to children, and when mothers makeinfant formulausing fluoridated tap water, they inadvertently poison their infants with hundreds of times the level of fluoride that would normally be found in healthy human breast milk.

Fluoride is still a poison

It’s so rare to find any agency of the federal government actually doing anything that evenresemblesa good decision these days that the CDC’s decision deserves some level of kudos. Even though it doesn’t end the destructive practice of poisoning the water supply with fluoride,it’s a step in the right direction. But it doesn’t go nearly far enough, say industry watchdogs.

“It’ a good start that they’ve finally recognized that after 65 years they needed to lower the ‘optimal’ level of fluoride,” Professor Paul Connett told NaturalNews. He’s the executive director of theFluoride Action Network(www.FluorideAlert.org), which is spearheading the fight against water fluoridation in the United States. “It should have happened years ago.”

Connett goes on to explain why the CDC’s decision doesn’t go nearly far enough:
“The bad news is that the CDC and ADA are still trying to maintain that the only issue of concern is dental fluorosis [while] they are trying to ignore all the other health concerns. If they were really serious about reducing dental fluorosis, they would stop fluoridated water altogether. But short of that, if they were really serious, then the next best thing would be to warn parents in fluoridated communities not to use fluoridated tap water to make baby formula. That’s the most practical thing to do.”
It is unknown how many children in America and around the world have been poisoned by infant formula made with fluoridated tap water, but that number continues to grow each day that water fluoridation continues.

Is the announcement a P.R. stunt?

About the CDC’s motives for this announcement, Connett characterizes it as a bit of a P.R. stunt:

“All that’s happening here is really a P.R. exercise to make it look as if they are addressing the public’s concerns without really doing anything substantial. [They] give the message that they’re going to choose a level which would allow the water fluoridation program to continue. That’s a travesty of science and another example where these Washington based agencies are more interested in protecting a policy than in protecting the health of the American people.”

“They’ve completely ignored all the IQ studies and the notion that fluoride damages the brain,” Connett explains.

Connett isn’t the only one hoping to see the CDC ban fluoride outright. ABC News is reporting today that Dr Griffin Cole, a dentist in Austin, Texas, said, “I still don’t think it’s enough, honestly,” he said. “I don’t think there should be fluoride in the water at all.”

“Ingesting fluoride in any form does nothing for your teeth,” he said (http://abcnews.go.com/Health/fluori…). He also points out that dental fluorosis leads to costly (i.e. high-profit) dental work being needed to restore the patient’s teeth. “When you see a case of somebody coming in with bad fluorosis, to restore those teeth you either have to crown them completely or at least do a veneer. So it’s a very costly thing to fix.”

That’s sort of the whole point of fluoride, actually:To bring in repeat business to dental officesaround the country. It’s the same scam asmercury fillingswhich crack teeth and result in a steady stream of repeat business to repair the damage. Both mercury and fluoride are founded in the corrupt dental industry which has, for over a hundred years, poisoned the American people in order toprotect its business modelof harming people in order to generate repeat business. The dental industry operates in almost precisely the same way as the pharmaceutical industry: If you keep people sick, they’ll keep coming back for more “treatments.”

Fluoride is dangerous to your health – here’s why

Even though the CDC’s decision still supports water fluoridation, it nevertheless sends a powerful message across the country thattoo much fluoride is dangerous for your health.

This should slap shut the mouths of at least some of the fluoride-pimping dentists and doctors who have been advocating this mass poisoning of our nation for the last several decades. But there’s much more to this story that’snotbeing reported anywhere else.

For one thing,do you know where fluoride comes from?It turns out that so-called “fluoride” is reallyfluorosilicic acid, a toxic waste byproduct of the phosphate mining industry. If it wasn’t being dumped into the water supplies of major cities, it would have to be disposed as ahazardous toxic wastechemical under EPA rules.

When the phosphate mining industry used to release fluoride byproducts directly into the atmosphere (from the fumes of the acidic slurry used to process phosphate rock),it caused the widespread death of cattle and crops. In order to protect local livestock from fluoride poisoning, wet scrubbers were installed at the phosphate mining processing sites in order to collect the toxic fluoride and prevent it from being released into the atmosphere.

Fluorosilicic acid (http://www.fluoridealert.org/pestic…) is derived from these wet scrubbers, then sold to cities and towns to have it dumped into the water supply. That’s one reason why so-called “fluoride” is so toxic: It’s not a naturally-occurring mineral! It’s actually a toxic waste chemical that, if it were dumped into the water supply by a terrorist, would be called aWeapon of Mass Destruction. The act of dumping it into the water, from any rational perspective, must be consideredan act of terrorism.

For the CDC to limit this act of terrorism to only 0.7 mg per liter rather than 1.2 mg per liter isn’t exactly a huge victory. As Connett explains, it is actually an admission thatthe CDC supports the mass poisoning of the American peoplewith a dangerous toxic chemical.

Interestingly, with today’s report, the CDC has decided that “too much” fluoride is bad for you, but “a smaller amount of fluoride poison” is just fine for your health. Like I said, it’s a step in the right direction, and the CDC deserves some credit for this decision, but until the fluoride poison is removed from ALL the water in America, children are still being harmed by fluoride. The CDC has a moral and regulatory responsibility to ban fluoride from being dumped into municipal water supplies.

Let us hope this agency will soon rise to this moral standard and take action to protect the health of the American people rather than protecting the financial interests of the morally repugnant (and highly corrupt) industry of conventional dentistry.

Man admits he lied to FBI to frame associates as terrorists

A man who lied to the FBI to frame several associates as a terrorists pleaded guilty Thursday to making false statements to officials.

Syed Omair Ali, 25, of Queens, admitted that he contacted the FBI last May to alert them to an effort underway to launch a terror attack against New York City with the help of radical operatives based in Pakistan.

Ali falsely told agents that these associates had “ties with the tribal guys back in Karachi, Pakistan,” and were planning to travel there to be trained in insurgency tactics and then return to New York to commit a terror strike.

He also admitted to misleading the FBI by telling agents that one of the associates had discussed attacking Times Square “since it would likely inflict the greatest number of casualties.”

Government Recommends Lowering Fluoride Levels in U.S. Drinking Water

(CNN) — The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency are recommending changing for the first time in nearly 50 years the amount of fluoride allowed in drinking water because of an increase in fluorosis — a condition that causes spotting and streaking on children’s teeth.

The government is proposing that the recommended amount for fluoride in drinking water be set at 0.7 milligrams per liter of water. The proposal would replace the current recommended range of 0.7 to 1.2 milligrams per liter, which has been in place since 1962. The EPA will determine whether the maximum amount of fluoride allowed in water will also be lowered.

Fluoride was first added to water in the United States in the 1940s to help prevent tooth decay in children 8 years and under, considered the tooth-forming years.

Connett describes how he initially thought people who opposed fluoridation were “a bunch of whackos,” before conducting his own research which found that sodium fluoride was a toxic substance that contributed to a wide array of health defects. Heavy industry is barred from dumping this toxic waste into the sea by international law, but being able to sell it enables them to remove its hazardous characteristic and it becomes a product, explains Connett, polluting not only our water supply but also toothpaste and thousands of different foods.

Connett provides a detail run down of the many health problems caused by fluoride consumption, including dental fluorosis, which the Centers For Disease Control just recently announced was a problem for 41 per cent of children aged 12-15 in the United States, clearly indicating that children are being over-exposed to fluoride and that this is affecting other tissues and organs in the body, including bone disorders, a problem also wreaking havoc amongst adults in the United States as one in three now suffer from arthritis, which again is being caused by a build-up of toxic fluoride in the body.

Connett also points to fluoride’s connection with thyroid disorders.

There have now been over 100 studies involving animals which show that fluoride damages the brain, stresses Connett, which is a particular concern for newborn babies who are susceptible to fluoride build up because of their weak blood-brain barrier. Connett cites numerous studies which prove a link between moderate exposure to fluoride and lowered IQ in children.

Fluoride’s impact on the pineal gland, which is a piece of brain tissue that sits in-between the two hemispheres of the brain, is key because fluoride attracts to this gland like a magnet. Researchers have found through animal studies that fluoride lowers the ability of the pineal gland to produce the hormone melatonin, which in turn shortens the time it takes to reach puberty, correlating with studies of fluoridated communities that show girls are on average menstruating 5 months earlier than those in non-fluoridated communities. Children are entering puberty at increasingly early stages and this is causing widespread concern, but health authorities have made no effort whatsoever to conduct any studies regarding this development and its link to fluoride.

Health authorities in western countries, particularly the United States, are deliberately covering-up the deadly threat posed by fluoride by refusing to conduct any studies into its impact on health, as Connett explains. They have chosen to protect the sanctity of the method of mass fluoridation over and above protecting the health of babies and children. Connett emphasizes the fact that there is virtually no difference in the health of teeth between people in fluoridated areas and non-fluoridated areas, proving that there are no health benefits at all that can be achieved through fluoridating the water supply.

Connett underscores how out of control health authorities in the United States have become, putting out studies that claim injecting mercury into a baby’s bloodstream through vaccines is perfectly safe and good for babies’ brains, while regulating mercury emissions in every other field because it is highly toxic. They have taken a similar approach in the fluoride debate, issuing studies that claim sodium fluoride, a toxic waste which has been heavily regulated in the industrial sphere for decades, has many beneficial health advantages when ingested into the human body. This is fostering widespread distrust in government health agencies because scientists involved with them are overseeing a “sickening” cover-up of the fluoride issue, states Connett.

This is a highly detailed and in-depth one hour study of the case against fluoride and it demolishes the notion that fluoride has any rightful place in our public water supply.
