Man admits he lied to FBI to frame associates as terrorists

A man who lied to the FBI to frame several associates as a terrorists pleaded guilty Thursday to making false statements to officials.

Syed Omair Ali, 25, of Queens, admitted that he contacted the FBI last May to alert them to an effort underway to launch a terror attack against New York City with the help of radical operatives based in Pakistan.

Ali falsely told agents that these associates had “ties with the tribal guys back in Karachi, Pakistan,” and were planning to travel there to be trained in insurgency tactics and then return to New York to commit a terror strike.

He also admitted to misleading the FBI by telling agents that one of the associates had discussed attacking Times Square “since it would likely inflict the greatest number of casualties.”

Government Recommends Lowering Fluoride Levels in U.S. Drinking Water

(CNN) — The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency are recommending changing for the first time in nearly 50 years the amount of fluoride allowed in drinking water because of an increase in fluorosis — a condition that causes spotting and streaking on children’s teeth.

The government is proposing that the recommended amount for fluoride in drinking water be set at 0.7 milligrams per liter of water. The proposal would replace the current recommended range of 0.7 to 1.2 milligrams per liter, which has been in place since 1962. The EPA will determine whether the maximum amount of fluoride allowed in water will also be lowered.

Fluoride was first added to water in the United States in the 1940s to help prevent tooth decay in children 8 years and under, considered the tooth-forming years.

Heavy industry is barred from dumping this toxic waste into the sea by international law, but being able to sell it enables them to remove its hazardous characteristic and it becomes a product, explains Connett, polluting not only our water supply but also toothpaste and thousands of different foods.

Connett provides a detail run down of the many health problems caused by fluoride consumption, including dental fluorosis, which the Centers For Disease Control just recently announced was a problem for 41 per cent of children aged 12-15 in the United States, clearly indicating that children are being over-exposed to fluoride and that this is affecting other tissues and organs in the body, including bone disorders, a problem also wreaking havoc amongst adults in the United States as one in three now suffer from arthritis, which again is being caused by a build-up of toxic fluoride in the body.

Connett also points to fluoride’s connection with thyroid disorders.

There have now been over 100 studies involving animals which show that fluoride damages the brain, stresses Connett, which is a particular concern for newborn babies who are susceptible to fluoride build up because of their weak blood-brain barrier. Connett cites numerous studies which prove a link between moderate exposure to fluoride and lowered IQ in children.

Fluoride’s impact on the pineal gland, which is a piece of brain tissue that sits in-between the two hemispheres of the brain, is key because fluoride attracts to this gland like a magnet. Researchers have found through animal studies that fluoride lowers the ability of the pineal gland to produce the hormone melatonin, which in turn shortens the time it takes to reach puberty, correlating with studies of fluoridated communities that show girls are on average menstruating 5 months earlier than those in non-fluoridated communities. Children are entering puberty at increasingly early stages and this is causing widespread concern, but health authorities have made no effort whatsoever to conduct any studies regarding this development and its link to fluoride.

Health authorities in western countries, particularly the United States, are deliberately covering-up the deadly threat posed by fluoride by refusing to conduct any studies into its impact on health, as Connett explains. They have chosen to protect the sanctity of the method of mass fluoridation over and above protecting the health of babies and children. Connett emphasizes the fact that there is virtually no difference in the health of teeth between people in fluoridated areas and non-fluoridated areas, proving that there are no health benefits at all that can be achieved through fluoridating the water supply.

Connett underscores how out of control health authorities in the United States have become, putting out studies that claim injecting mercury into a baby’s bloodstream through vaccines is perfectly safe and good for babies’ brains, while regulating mercury emissions in every other field because it is highly toxic. They have taken a similar approach in the fluoride debate, issuing studies that claim sodium fluoride, a toxic waste which has been heavily regulated in the industrial sphere for decades, has many beneficial health advantages when ingested into the human body. This is fostering widespread distrust in government health agencies because scientists involved with them are overseeing a “sickening” cover-up of the fluoride issue, states Connett.

Top United Nations Eco-Nazi Professor David Shearman isn’t content with forcing the planet to worship a new green God while accepting the abolition of freedom and its replacement with an authoritarian global government run by “elite warriors,” he also wants Americans to pay a carbon tax of more than $18,000 dollars for each CO2 exhaling, mother earth killing child they have.

In an article published earlier today, we learned how Shearman, Emeritus Professor of Medicine at the University of Adelaide and Assessor for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Third and Fourth Assessment Reports, wants to dispense with democracy and replace it with an “authoritarian government” run by elite eco-guardian warriors who will invent a new green religion to coerce the proles into following their every order in the name of saving the planet.

We are now starting to get a clearer picture of how the “elite warriors” in control of this enviro-dictatorship will dominate every aspect of human society, down to the very act of procreation itself.

In an article posted on the Doctors for the Environment Australia website (of which he is President), Shearman laments the fact that “behavior modification” by global warming alarmists is not working because most people have been brought up in “liberal democracies” that allow them some semblance of freedom. He calls for, “Enforced rules whether at the collective level through carbon trade with penalties OR at the individual level.”

“The first step to overcoming this obstacle, Professor Shearman writes, is persuading the governments of the world that curtailing the right to have children is an absolutely essential part of the fight against global warming,” points out Haunting the Library blog.

Shearman quotes a letter that appeared in the Medical Journal of Australia which discusses how children having the temerity to breathe is harming the planet and that “population control” needs to be enforced as part of a “second ecological revolution”.

In a subsequent article entitled, Please Pay the Climate Change Tax on Your Children, Shearman argues that this new green revolution should be funded by a carbon tax on those who dare to break Communist-style one child policies enforced by his yearned for totalitarian global government. Under the notorious one child policy in China, women who defy its edicts are sent to “re-education camps,” once they have been beaten, forcibly injected and had their baby boiled alive inside their womb, of course.

“Every family choosing to have more than a defined number of children should be charged a carbon tax that would fund the planting of enough trees to offset the carbon cost generated by a new human being,” he writes. “They should pay 5,000 dollars (4,400 US) a head for each extra child and up to 800 dollars every year thereafter.”

“Over 18 years, that works out to a climate change child tax of approximately $18,800 US. Professor Shearwater doesn’t comment on what penalties would be imposed on couples failing to pay the tax. Perhaps confiscation is a possibility. Who knows?” asks Haunting the Library.

The agenda for a global one child policy is being advanced by billionaire elitists who are exploiting the contrived climate change scam to push for total control over mankind.

In a May 2009 confab in London, a gaggle of rich “philanthropists,” including David Rockefeller, Ted Turner, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and George Soros met to discuss ways of “solving overpopulation”.

As we have tirelessly documented, “population control” has nothing to do with saving the planet – the United Nations’ own figures show that world population will level out at 9 billion and then make a rapid decline.

In reality, what is now termed population control is merely a disguise for the barbaric and arcane race-based theories of eugenics, which were exported out of Britain where they originated by Rockefeller’s father, John D. Rockefeller, to Nazi Germany, where they were cited by Hitler as a justification for the holocaust, the sterilization of so-called defectives and state-sanctioned mass murder of disabled people.

Utah Welcomes NSA Mega-Snoop Center

Utah will be home to NSA’s mega-surveillance program under the aegis of the formerly secret Comprehensive National Cyber-security Initiative.

	The NSA is not empowered to track down Latvia hackers but to keep tabs on Americans who disagree with the government.

“Today’s groundbreaking for a $1.5 billion National Security Administration data center is being billed as important in the short term for construction jobs and important in the long term for Utah’s reputation as a technology center,” reports Deseret News today.

“This will bring 5,000 to 10,000 new jobs during its construction and development phase,” boasted Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah. “Once completed, it will support 100 to 200 permanent high-paid employees.”

The new “data center” will probably function as the Department of Homeland Security’s “Social Networking Monitoring Center,” an effort outed late last year by the Electronic Frontier Foundation. The EFF inititated a FIOA request and received documents revealing that the DHS vacuums up data and “items of interest” on the American people.

The DHS used the system to monitor social media networks during Barry Obama’s inauguration. “DHS collected a massive amount of data on individuals and organizations explicitly tied” to the inauguration, according to the documents obtained by the EFF.

The DHS-NSA collaboration to surveil the American people is part of National Security Presidential Directive 54/Homeland Security Presidential Directive 23, signed by Bush in early 2008. “This initiative created a series of classified programs with a total budget of approximately $30 billion. Many of these programs remain secret and their activities are largely unknown to the public,” reports Public Intelligence.

The Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative scheme is a textbook example of fascism. CNCI is described as “an effort to encourage information sharing between the public and private sector called ‘Project 12′,” in other words an effort by the government roll over the private sector.

PI “recently acquired the key report from the Project 12 meetings: Improving Protection of Privately Owned Critical Network Infrastructure Through Public-Private Partnerships. This 35-page, For Official Use Only report is a guide to creating public-private partnerships that facilitate the implementation of ‘actionable recommendations that [reflect] the reality of shared responsibility between the public and private sectors with respect to securing the nation’s cyber assets, networks, systems, and functions’.”
Project 12 emphasizes the “promotion of public-private partnerships that legalize and facilitate the flow of information between federal entities and private sector critical infrastructure, such as telecommunications and transportation.”

So-called public-private partnerships are based on the economic model proposed by Italy’s dictator, Benito Mussolini, the former radical socialist and the grand daddy of fascism.

“The ultimate goal of these partnerships” an analyst writes, “is not simply to increase the flow of ‘threat information’ from government agencies to private industry, but to facilitate greater ‘information sharing’ between those companies and the federal government.”

Cyber-security is the next phase in the war on terror, in actuality a war on the American people, or more specifically on American citizens who disagree with the government and threaten to overturn the statist apple cart through political activism.

The Stasi-like apparatus to be built for the NSA and DHS by the death merchant Raytheon’s Intelligence and Information Services division “would rely on a set of sensors deployed in computer networks for critical infrastructure that would be triggered by unusual activity suggesting an impending cyber attack,” according to the Wall Street Journal.

“The overall purpose of the [program] is our Government… feel[s] that they need to insure the Public Sector is doing all they can to secure Infrastructure critical to our National Security,” Tim Shorrock wrote for CorpWatch last year.

As noted by the Wall Street Journal, the the program – known as Perfect Citizen and described as the NSA’s perfect spying tool – will have major implications “beyond the critical infrastructure sector,” in other words it will transcend so-called cybersecurity and engineered threats absurdly hyped by the government and its Mockingbird propaganda asset, the corporate media.

Perfect Citizen – described unabashedly as Big Brother by Raytheon – also serves as a perfect excuse to expand the surveillance and control grid to privately owned and operated networks.

The NSA and DHS are not particularly interested in al-Qaeda’s cartoonish phantom hackers in caves or threats supposedly posed to our not so susceptible infrastructure by China or Russia. The NSA is more interested in tracking and snooping antiwar and peace activists than some kid in Latvia – as Jay Rockefeller famously put it – meddling with power grids not hooked up to the internet.

In addition to suspect enemies of the state protesting against illegal and immoral wars, the NSA has expended a vast amount of resources in its effort to surveil average Americans. “The NSA program reaches into homes and businesses across the nation by amassing information about the calls of ordinary Americans — most of whom aren’t suspected of any crime,” USA Today reported in 2006.

USA Today misses the point. The idea is not to track down criminals and supposed terrorists, but to track and trace the American people and keep tabs on their political activity. If need be, this political activity can be “neutralized,” as J. Edgar Hoover put it when he described the FBI’s COINTELPRO, the illegal covert program to destabilize and render ineffective political movements and on occasion assassinate their leaders.

Job One for government is to protect at all cost its monopoly on power. Osama bin Dead and his gaggle of CIA trained patsies do not threaten the fascist partnership between the government and multinational corporations – politically active citizens do.

Big Sis Responds In Lawsuit To Suspend TSA Scanners

Homeland Security will argue scanners do not store images despite evidence to the contrary

The Department Of Homeland Security, headed up by ‘Big Sis’ Janet Napolitano has filed an answer brief (PDF) in the ongoing lawsuit brought against the TSA over the controversial use of radiation-firing naked imaging scanners.

The DHS claims that the scanners are fully compliant with Constitutional requirements and that all other claims that the body imaging program is unlawful are “meritless”, “baseless” and “unfounded”.

The Electronic Privacy Information Centre (EPIC) filed its opening brief (PDF) with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals on November 1st, outlining a number of violations and calling for the courts to halt the US government’s use of naked body scanners altogether.

“The suspicionless search of all airport travelers in this most invasive way violates the reasonableness standard contained in the Fourth Amendment,” Marc Rotenberg, executive director of EPIC, has stated.

EPIC also notes that the devices, which will ultimately cost taxpayers nearly $1 billion, were designed “to store and record and transmit the unfiltered image of the naked human body.”
EPIC has brought claims under the Administrative Procedure Act, the Privacy Act, the Video Voyeurism Prevention Act, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and the Fourth Amendment.

Chip Pitts, co-plaintiff in the suit, believes at the very least the program needs to be the subject of a deeper investigation. “We’re sleepwalking into a surveillance society,” Pitts stated.

The TSA answer brief cites previous cases in which the use of AIT body scanning technology has been upheld as a reasonable search under the Fourth Amendment.

It also dismisses claims against the scanners under the Privacy Act, noting that it “provides an express exception for lawful law enforcement, correctional or intelligence activities”, and rejects the notion that the scanners violate the Video Voyeurism Prevention Act, claiming that the “TSA’s use of AIT neither creates nor is part of a system of records.”

EPIC will argue that the scanners are not part of a law enforcement program, rather they target the public without suspicion, and that there is direct evidence that the machines do indeed store and are capable of transferring images of naked bodies.

We have repeatedly highlighted the subterfuge and outright lies used by the DHS and the TSA in their defense of the scanners.

Oral testimony in the lawsuit has now been scheduled to be heard in March after repeated attempts by the federal government to delay and block it.

EPIC’s efforts have already helped spur a national grassroots movement of citizens, advocates, and lawmakers to protest, create petitions and letters and even introduce legislation to outlaw the body scanners.

EPIC hosts a one-day public conference tomorrow entitled “The Stripping of Freedom”.
The forum, “devoted to an assessment of the TSA airport security procedures and recommendations for reform,” will feature many notable speakers including:
Ralph Nader (former Presidential candidate and longtime consumer rights advocate), Nadhira Al-Khalili (CAIR, Council for American-Islamic Relations), David Greenfield (NY City Council), Kate Hanni (Flyers Rights), Chip Pitts (Stanford Law School & Oxford University), Prof. Jeffrey Rosen (George Washington University), Michael Roberts (the ExpressJet pilot who famously refused TSA full body scan and pat-down), and Bruce Schneier (security expert).

The event will also include a rich media display, with images from airport protests, YouTube videos, and campaign materials, according To EPIC’s press release.

More TSA Lies In Attempt To Cover Up Security Failures

Claims that leaked security failure figures are “outdated” are easily debunked

The TSA has once again reverted to lies in an attempt to protect its new security theatre show control measures, claiming that recent reports of 70% security failure rates are no longer accurate.

Just over a fortnight ago we reported on the revelations that TSA agents are now so busy groping and irradiating airline passengers that they are routinely missing the presence of bombs and guns in both tests and live situations.
After ABC News covered the story of an Iranian/American businessman expressing his disbelief at being allowed onto a flight with a loaded handgun, it was widely reported in the media that such TSA failures were commonplace.

It was noted that screeners detect less than 30% of the knives and guns that officials try to sneak through security in tests. Failures to detect explosive material and bomb parts were also disturbingly high, according to the reports.

This underscores how the newly enhanced and invasive TSA security procedures are pure theatre and actually do nothing to make anyone safer. Indeed, it may be argued that the procedures are putting fliers in more danger as screeners are spending more time groping people and ordering them through x-ray body scanners than checking for potentially dangerous items in their hand luggage.

In a belated response, the now infamous TSA blogger “Bob”, who previously claimed that despite thousands of complaints from passengers, there was “no fondling, squeezing, groping, or any sort of sexual assault taking place at airports”, says that the security failure rate figures widely covered by the media are no longer relevant.

The TSA blog describes the security failure reports as “all misleading” and “outdated”, claiming that the figures cited were taken from tests carried out in 2004-2005.

The ABC News report Gulliver linked to last month didn’t rely on 2004, 2005, or 2006 numbers—it referenced “a person briefed” on “the latest tests” who said they have a failure rate of 70%.

In addition, TSA head John Pistole made the following comments less than a month ago during an interview on Good Morning America:

“… unfortunately, [undercover testers] have been very successful over the years. And one of the findings is that we have not been thorough enough. And the concern obviously is, if that’s an Abdulmutallab — a Christmas Day bomber — who is doing it rather than an undercover agent, then that can have catastrophic results.”

Of course, very few people actually know what the current rate of TSA security failures are, because the Department of Homeland Security has classified the results of the most recent random, covert “red team tests,” where undercover agents try to see what they can get past airport security. The reason they have done so is presumably because the results have been so shockingly and consistently bad for the past nine years.

If the figures had improved significantly then you can rest assured that the TSA would be forcing them down our throats as justification for enhanced airport tyranny, rather than declaring them top secret and locking them away from public view.

As The Economist’s Gulliver blog states “the agency can’t have it both ways. If TSA officials are going to imply that the situation has improved since the last inspector general and GAO reports were leaked to the press, they should prove it.”

However, it seems the agency would rather send out an anonymous blogger named Bob to attack anyone who points out the absurdly obvious where the TSA’s security theatrics are concerned.

Once again this shows that the TSA and Homeland Security are willingly resorting to outright lies in a pathetic attempt to bolster their ailing control agenda. Those making official statements on behalf of the legions of strip search goon squads clearly have little regard for the safety of Americans.

Big Pharma Prepares To Exploit New Swine Flu Scare

2009 H1N1 outbreak was proven to be contrived hoax

Big Pharma is licking its lips at the prospect of cashing in on a second round of the swine flu epidemic, despite the fact that the first outbreak of the virus in 2009 was proven to be a contrived hoax perpetrated by pharmaceutical companies in concert with the World Health Organization.



Flu experts in Britain are warning that an H1N1 epidemic is weeks away as 9 million children prepare to return to school after the Christmas holiday. There have been 36 deaths from swine flu in Britain since October.

However, with skyrocketing numbers of people in the British Isles refusing to take flu vaccines after their dangers were widely publicized, prepare for the situation to be swiftly exploited by the establishment who will push fears of a pandemic to coerce people into taking mercury-laden shots that have been linked with paralyzing neurological disorders, convulsions, and deaths.

A Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe found that the 2009 H1N1 outbreak was exaggerated by pharmaceutical giants as a ruse to make vast profits from the sale of dangerous and unnecessary vaccines.

Chair of the Council of Europe’s Sub-committee on Health Wolfgang Wodarg said that governments were “threatened” by special interest groups within the pharmaceutical industry as well as the WHO to buy the vaccines and inject their populations without any reasonable scientific reason for doing so.

Wodarg said he was alarmed when the WHO cited early cases in Mexico as a threat and quickly moved to pandemic status, despite the fact that the cases were relatively mild and the virus was not new.

“This was the mildest flu ever and the people were much more clever than the government so we have to find out what was going on with WHO – why did they do this pandemic alarm,” asked Wodarg, noting that pharmaceutical interests within the World Health Organization were instrumental in creating the panic and reaping the financial dividends.

Wodarg said there was “no other explanation” for what happened than the fact that the WHO worked in cahoots with the pharmaceutical industry to manufacture the panic in order to generate vast profits, labeling the entire episode a hoax.

He also explained how health authorities were “already waiting for something to happen” before the pandemic started and then exploited the virus for their own purposes.
Any new attempt by health authorities to hastily declare a new pandemic emergency should be treated with the utmost suspicion given the fact that these same entities were caught lying and scheming in 2009 to manufacture fearmongering surrounding swine flu in order to cash in to the tune of billions.
